Tuna & Veggie Quinoa Bowl - No Mayo & Gluten Free

1 Can Ocean Naturals Tuna
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1/2 Celery Stalk (thinly sliced)
6 Black Olives (cut in half)
1 Tb Finely Chopped Red Onion
1/2 Cup Clover or Alfalfa Sprouts
1/2 Avocado (sliced or chopped)
Salt/Pepper to taste
