Gluten Free Picnic Italian Pasta Salad

This was mom's favorite side to take to picnic's, family gatherings, etc. It whips up fast. It will become your families summer favorite.

8 ounces gluten free (rice or corn) corkscrew pasta
1 large zucchini
1 can sliced olives
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
2 cups grape tomatoes (sliced)
½ cup Italian salad dressing (such as Wishbone)
Cook pasta (do not overcook). Drain well and place in bowl. Slice zucchini, olives and tomatoes. Add to pasta. Rinse peas and add. Add dressing and toss. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving
