Gluten Free Spinach and Red Pepper Cauliflower Pizza

I love this complete veggie pizza!

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, cauliflower
1 cup shredded cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Pizza sauce, Cheese, Red Pepper, Spinach
To cook your cauliflower, take 1 large head of cauliflower and grate into bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water and place in microwave and cook for 6-8 minutes. While cauliflower is cooking. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. In a bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheese and egg together. Add the oregano and garlic salt. Pour onto cookie sheet and pat flat with a spoon. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes, until the crust is browned and cooked through the middle. Remove the crust from the oven, add your sauce, red peppers, spinach and cheese. Place back in oven for 5-7 mins. Allow the pizza to cool slightly, then cut into slices and serve.
