Gluten Free Steak Salad Flatbread

Making a meal gluten free can be simple and delicious! All you need are the right ingredients. Our favorite “fit and healthy” recipe trick is to use gluten free pizza crust to create a delicious steak and salad flatbread. It’s simple, effortless, and ready in 15 minutes.

8 inch gluten free pizza crust (thin)
½ to ? cup tomato sauce
6 -8 oz grilled steak strips (or chicken, tempeh, etc.)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup sliced onions
shredded salad mix of choice
½ cup slices zucchini
dash of pepper
dash sea salt
olive oil
½ cup feta or goat cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder or minced (optional)
chili sauce to top
