Gluten Free Vegan Banana Pudding

Bananas, vanilla, tofu, and a little splash of maple syrup combine to make the perfect light, sweet, and smooth vegan pudding. This is an easy, quick recipe to make for a sweet snack!

• 2 over-ripe bananas
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3-4 tbsp coconut oil - Melted
• 1 package tofu
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice.
• 1/2 tsp turmeric (makes the pudding a pretty yellow)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
