Gluten Free Vegan Nacho Cheese

A decadent and smooth vegan replacement for traditional nacho cheese sauce. Made with almonds, roasted peppers, and nutritional yeast, this sauce is a very healthy snack alternative!

2 cups sliced almonds
3 cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 red pepper, roasted
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
