- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp agave nectar (Optional)
