Grain Free Salmon Cakes

If Gluten Free, can still enjoy salmon cakes! We have served these to kids and they ate them. Freezes well!!

1 15 oz can of salmon including bones
1/4 cup onion cut into large chunks
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup any color bell pepper cut into large chunks
2 eggs
1tsp. mustard
2 tsp. flaxseed meal
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend well, I used a Ninja and it does a great job of grinding up the bones. My 13 month old son eats these with no issues. Form into 4-6 medium to large patties and add to 9x9 inch greased pan. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Cool before eating. No need for breadcrumbs or oatmeal, the flaxmeal absorbs any liquid.
