Green Bean Salad with Toasted Almonds

This classic green bean salad with toasted almonds makes the perfect side dish to most meals. Not only is it delicious, it's healthy and so simple to make!

For the salad:
600 g French green beans, trimmed
½ cup almond flakes, toasted

For the dressing:

90 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of sea salt
pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
