This is truly a family favorite! I have been making this flavorful dish for almost 30-years and my children LOVE it. It is simple but packed full of flavor, creamy and very filling. I hope it will become a family favorite of yours as well.

1 c sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 c green noodles (spinach noodles), uncooked
1 (½ c) cooked ham ( diced )
½ c black olives ( sliced )
1 can sliced mushrooms ( drained )
¾ tsp. prepared mustard
¼ c milk
? tsp. pepper
1 c sharp cheddar cheese ( grated )
