Hawaiian Pork Sliders

We served this to a crowd of about 60 people and they were a hit! It's a great recipe that you can make ahead of time.

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon chicken bouil­lon
3 tablespoons sea­soned rice vine­gar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon Mon­treal Steak Sea­son­ing
1 tablespoon minced gar­lic
3” piece of fresh gin­ger­root
1 — 1 ½ lb. pork ten­der­loin
2 teaspoons corn­starch
10–12 mini Hawaiian-style sweet rolls

Slaw:
3 cups coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons sea­soned rice vine­gar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon Emerill’s Orig­i­nal Sea­son­ing
¼ teaspoon Mon­treal Steak Sea­son­ing
2 green onions, sliced
In a gal­lon zip lock bag, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, bouil­lon, rice vine­gar, sesame oil, steak sea­son­ing, gar­lic and gin­ger­root. Squish and mix well.
