Hawaiian Pork Sliders

We served this to a crowd of about 60 people and they were a hit! It's a great recipe that you can make ahead of time.
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3” piece of fresh gingerroot
1 — 1 ½ lb. pork tenderloin
2 teaspoons cornstarch
10–12 mini Hawaiian-style sweet rolls
Slaw:
3 cups coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon Emerill’s Original Seasoning
¼ teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 soy sauce
1/3 cup water

In a gallon zip lock bag, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, bouillon, rice vinegar, sesame oil, steak seasoning, garlic and gingerroot. Squish and mix well.
