HEALTHY BLACK BEAN HUMMUS

Healthy Black Bean Hummus uses black beans instead of chickpeas. A little spicy and filled with great southwest flavors.

29 oz. can of black beans.
3 TBS tahini
1 TBS cumin
1 TBS red pepper flakes
Juice from two small limes
1/4 olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cotija cheese for garnish
