A delicious combination of International flavors combine to make this healthy wrap.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lemons, juiced
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. honey
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. kalamata olives, finely chopped
1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1 head cauliflower, florets cut into bite-sized pieces
2 heads garlic
