Creamy,healthy delicious soup with mushrooms and spinach!

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 medium yellow onion,finely chopped
8 oz (225 gr) of fresh baby portobello mushrooms
1 garlic clove,minced
2 tbsps all purpose flour,gluten free
2 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
1 cup low fat milk
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 oz (2 cups) fresh baby spinach
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
