This Ginger Snap Recipe, tastes even better than Grandmas and is quick, easy and Paleo friendly! Perfect for healthier Christmas baking!

1 Cup Coconut sugar, lighty packed + more for rolling
1 Egg white
1½ Cups + 1 Tbsp Almond flour (5.4 oz) *
¼ Cup + 1 tsp Coconut flour (1.2 oz) *
1¾ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
2 Tsp Ginger powder
