Healthy Protein Black Bean Brownies

Protein infused twist on black bean brownies with a secret vegetable ingredient that provides that moist deliciousness of traditional brownies!

1 cup black beans
1/2 avocado
1/4 -1/3 cup cacao powder
tsp baking powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional)
1/3 cup ground flax
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup stevia or 3/4 cup regular sugar (if you don’t care about sugar content)
2 eggs
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (plus 2 tbsp for topping)
