Healthy Pumpkin and Oat Muffins with Dark Chocolate Chips. Gluten free with no sugar or flour added. No skills required!

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey
2 1/2 cups oats (I’ve used regular and quick. Both work fine, but i prefer quick)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate chips
