Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese

6

This super simple courgette/zucchini spaghetti bolognese recipe tastes so delicious and is perfect for when you are having people over. It’s freezer friendly too – so you can make in advance. You’ll need a spiraliser to make the noodles but if you don’t have one try looking in the supermarket as some do sell pre-packed spiralled courgette. You can get it in some Tesco stores in the UK. Hope you enjoy!

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.

Toss with the crisp lettuce, drizzle with the guilt-free flavorful dressing and finally top with croutons and cheese for the perfect main course!
