2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/4 tsp of ground white pepper
4 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup of red cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup of grated raw carrots
1/4 cup of shelled edamame
1 red or green onion, sliced thinly
1/4 cup of chow mein noodles
1/4 cup of fresh sliced almonds

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
1 clove of pressed garlic
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of raw sugar
1 tsp of grated ginger
1 tsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/4 tsp of ground white pepper
