Homemade Chicken Nachos/Easy Nachos Recipe

Nachos are kind of chips , originated from Mexico in 1943. It is a kind of snack or appetizer enjoyed any time during the day. Later new snack was invented from nachos and available in the market called Tortillas. They are fried chips in triangular shape normally served with cheese, jalepano and peppers.

1 1/2 pound boneless chicken boil and shred
2 Big Tomatoes chopped very fine
2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
2 Tablespoons chili powder (Adjust according to how hot you want your nachos). Mine became super hot.
2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
A few dashes hot sauce
1 Large bag of Tortilla chips
2 cups (approximate) grated Cheddar-Jack
1/4 cup Jalapeno Slices(jarred)
3 Green Onions, chopped very fine
1/4 cup sour cream (Optional)
1 Avocado(Optional))
A Teaspoon of Lime Juice
Salt

Peel and mesh Avocado in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of lime juice and a teaspoon of salt. Mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl, mix together Taco seasoning, chili powder and add shredded Chicken.
