Homemade Clam Chowder is a delicious gluten-free soup made with either fresh caught, canned or frozen clams. Make this for a light meal served with a salad and rolls. Fantastic flavor in this easy to make soup!

•4 Cups fresh or canned clams
•5 lbs. red potatoes-peeled and (unless they are perfect and you like the color of the skins)
•1 onion diced
•1 lb. bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
•Enough water to cover the potatoes as they boil
•2 cans evaporated Milk
•Salt and pepper
