Homemade Raw Vegan Almond Joy

Here’s a delicious vegan and paleo-friendly Almond Joy recipe that requires no cooking at all. These are some of my favorite raw candies together with my homemade raw vegan Bounty bars. You’ll need almond butter for this recipe, but don’t worry if you don’t have it at home. Sometimes I use tahini or peanut butter instead of the almond butter and they are just as delicious!

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

3 tablespoons of coconut cream

2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup

2 tablespoons of almond butter

½ cup of desiccated coconut

6-8 whole almonds

½ cup of chocolate
Mix the coconut oil with the coconut cream and the maple syrup. Add the almond butter and mix again. Lastly, add the desiccated coconut cream and mix everything together. Leave the mixture in the fridge...
