Oats are a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Here is a healthy simple porridge made with oats for your perfect gluten-free, lactose-free, low calorific breakfast.

Oats : 2 cups
Salt : 5 grams
Water : 2 cups
Sugar : 1/8 cup
Cinnamon powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Green cardamom powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Milk (lactose free) : 1 cup
Mountain honey : 1/8 cup
