½ cup soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoons coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tablespoon honey
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Slurry:
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water
Bowls:
3 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
4 slices fresh pineapple
½ of red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds, optional
