• Whole Milk – 200 Ml
• Heavy Cream Or Whipping Cream – 200 Ml
• Sugar – 70g
• Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp
• Cold Water – 4 Tbsp
• Unflavoured Gelatin Powder – 2 Tbsp
For Strawberry Layer:
• Fresh Strawberries, Chopped – 450g
• Water – 3 Tbsp
• Sugar – 70g
• Cold Water – 4 Tbsp
• Unflavoured Gelatin Powder – 2 Tbsp
For Serving:
• Strawberries and mint leaves
