Experience the refreshing taste of mint spinach mocktail as a cooling summer drink. The mint and spinach leaves are blended together with lime juice, salt, sugar and pepper powder. Serve the mocktail chilled.

5 pound spinach (paalak)
5 pounds of mint (pudina)
1/2 cup raw mango juice / lemon juice
Salt – to taste
1/2 tsp. black salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
1 tsp. dry and crushed mint
2 cups crushed ice

2 cups crushed ice
Wash the bunches of spinach and mint.
Take out the leaves and blent these leaves in mixer with 2 glasses of water.
Seive the blended mixture and take the juice in a jar.
Now add all the ingredients in this juice except crushed ice.
While serving, fill a glass 1/3 with crushed ice and then pour the punch on it.
Garnish with a thin lemon slice on the corner of the glass.
