Ingredients
Cooked rice - 3 cups (I used Basmati)
Hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved - 2
Hard boiled eggs, peeled and grated - 2 large
Eggs - 2 large
Onion, sliced - 1 Large
Tomato, sliced - 1
Carrot julienned - 1 large
Fresh chili slit - 2
Ground pepper - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
oil - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
For serving
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Almonds, sliced
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice
