On a recent rainy day, I found myself craving a little Seattle and found comfort in an Instant Pot Salmon Chowder I modified for my family.

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
1 Yukon potato cubed
1 cup canned corn
1 pound fresh or frozen salmon cubed and skins removed
2 cups half-and-half
