Italian Sausages with Grapes is a traditional Umbrian dish from Central Italy; the addition of bell peppers adds color and heartiness. This gluten free Italian dish is served on a bed of polenta and tastes great!

Italian Sausages with Peppers and Grapes:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
8 large garlic cloves ( peeled and crushed )
2 1/2 pounds Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage Links ( 2 packages, or 10 links )
1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes
1 1/4 pound seedless green grapes ( washed about 3 cups )
1 red bell pepper, sliced/julienne
1 yellow/orange bell pepper, sliced/julienne
1 green bell pepper, sliced/julienne
Basic Polenta:
4 1/2 cups water
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
