This hearty salad pairs perfectly with a homemade creamy poppy seed dressing, made with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge and pantry!
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Kale
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Red Cabbage
Cranberries
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
1/8 cup sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian dressing
