This Breakfast hash with Kale, squash, and peppers come together with a fried egg to make a quick, delicious and healthy breakfast.

½ A small Kabocha or Butternut squash, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes (about 1.5 cups.)
½ A red pepper, diced (about ½ cup.)
¼ A large onion, diced (about ½ cup.)
1 Cup Kale, roughly chopped
½ Tbsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Smoked paprika
¼ tsp Cumin
