Kashmiri Pink Chai | Noon Chai is a rich, thick and creamy, buttery and slightly thick texture which is still thin enough to drink. And it comes with a magical aroma of cardamom and saffron and a nutty crunch.

Kashmiri Chai/Tea leaves- 3 tablespoons (You can also use good quality green tea, if you don\'t find Kashmiri Chai leaves)
Salt- ¼ tablespoons
Water- 2 cup
Ice cold water - 2 cup
Full cream milk - 2 cup
Saffron strands - 7-8
Green cardamom pods, crushed slightly - 6-7 (optional)
Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Sugar according to your taste
Sliced almonds or crushed almonds and pistachios (I have added sliced almonds here)
Salt- ¼ tablespoons
Water- 2 cup
Ice cold water - 2 cup
Full cream milk - 2 cup
Saffron strands - 7-8
Green cardamom pods, crushed slightly - 6-7 (optional)
Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Sugar according to your taste
Sliced almonds or crushed almonds and pistachios (I have added sliced almonds here)
Pour 2 cups water, green tea leaves, crushed cardamom and baking soda in a pan.
