A delicious and easy no bake slice that your kids will love! With no refined sugars, dairy free, vegan and using spinach to give its vibrant green colour, its a healthy snack that can be eaten straight from the freezer.

1 cup cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp lime juice
pinch salt
top layer;

½ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and roughly chopped
¾ cup spinach leaves
garnish;
