Cinnamon, apples, and kiwi make this sweet ‘n sour winter beverage absolutely addicting. Paleo and vegan variations included!

2 cups warm water
4 gala apples (I used Pink Lady and Granny Smith)
3 kiwis
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup agave nectar (vegan) or 100% pure honey (paleo)

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons. 3 med potatoes sliced or cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
