If you want a gluten free and still a delicious version of lasagna, you have to try these Lasagna Zucchini Boats! You won\\\'t even miss the pasta, I promise!

4 medium zucchini, sliced into halves through the length
8.6 oz (whole milk) ricotta cheese
1 large egg
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
8 oz grass-fed ground beef or ground turkey
1 med clove garlic, minced
8 oz basil tomato sauce (organic, from glass jar)
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
