Lemon Herbed Tilapia with Dill Quinoa

A super simple but packed with flavor tilapia.

4 tbsp softened butter
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp sea salt
4 tilapia fillets
1 lemon, cut in half then, then one half into 4 slices
For the quinoa
3 cups cooked quinoa
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper, to taste
fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
