Who doesn't love a good Lemon Loaf recipe? Sour Cream in the loaf. Sour Cream Lemon Glaze. This is sure to be your new favorite recipe.

For the Sour Cream Lemon Loaf:
3 large eggs, room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup canola or vegetable oil
1 cup of sour cream, room temperature
2 tablespoons of lemon emulsion flavoring (lemon extract or Lemon juice)
1 ½ cups of sifted self-rising flour (preferably Martha White or White Lily brand)
For the Glaze:
¼ cup of sour cream, at room temperature
1 tablespoon of real lemon juice (or more if you like tart glaze)
2 to 3 cups of sifted powdered sugar (more or less depending on how thick you like glaze)
Pinch of salt
Other Items Needed:
Loaf Pan
Pan Grease
Large mixing bowl
Whisk
Aluminum foil
