A quick and simple way to bake chicken - dinner ready in less than 45 minuts!

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast (or one package - usually 2-3 breasts)
1 tablespoon butter
Lemon Pepper seasoning

Lemon Pepper seasoning
Line an 8x8 backing pan with tin foil. Melt the butter and using a basting brush, brush the butter onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (halfway through, turn the breasts over and sprinkle the other side with seasoning) or until the chicken is cooked through - check with a meat thermometer, it should be at 180 degrees
