Lemony White Bean Hummus

Super-fresh hummus with white beans, lemon and parsley and topped with a "dressing" of olives and feta cheese.

hummus:
1 can (15 oz.) white cannellini beans, drained
1/2 c. fresh flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

hummus topping:
2 T. kalamata olives, minced
1 T. feta cheese
1 T. flat leaf parsley, minced
1 t. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. lemon zest

chips:
10 (6-inch) bakery fresh wheat tortillas, each cut into 4 wedges
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. dark sesame oil
salt to taste
