Light Fluffy Corn Bread

A recipe of a Light Fluffy Corn Bread that might as well be a cake. Wonderful with salads, cheese and meat, or for any festive holiday.

2/3 cup butter, soft
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 2/3 cups 1% milk
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup corn meal
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
