A lighter version of the classic fried sweet and sour chicken. Only 30 minutes to make and so much better than take out!

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
½ Cup Pineapple Juice, No Sugar Added
? Cup Brown Sugar
? Cup Vinegar (rice wine or apple cider)
3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons Light Teriyaki Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
4 Chicken Breasts, grilled
