Don’t miss this absolutely delicious Lightened-Up Broccoli Salad, which is packed with a variety of textures and flavors for a crowd-pleasing side dish that comes together in just minutes!

¾ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons white vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
12 ounces broccoli florets (or about 8 cups)
1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced (or you can buy the miniature balls of fresh mozzarella)
½ cup raisins
½ cup toasted walnuts or pecans, chopped
½ small red onion, diced
Combine yogurt, honey, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
