Lomi Lomi Salmon in Avocado Halves

Lomi Lomi Salmon avocado halves - a perfect appetizer to impress your guests with, plus the taste of avocado goes very well with a dish!

½ lb (225g) skinless salted salmon, cubed (can be substituted with smoked salmon or gravlax)
2 large tomatoes, seeded and cubed
½ cup sweet white onion, finely diced
1 green onion, chopped
avocados. halved and seeded, for serving
lemon juice, for drizzling
In a bowl, add the tomatoes, salmon, onion, and green onions and combine well. Chill and serve in the avocado halves. Drizzle with lemon juice. Enjoy!
