1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Monkfruit sweetener
1/4 Cup Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 Oz Stevia-sweetened dark chocolate, roughly chopped (such as Lily\'s)
1 tsp Coconut oil + additional for the ramekins
2 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter + additional for the ramekins
1 Tbsp Peanut butter
