I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve been having a love affair with anything cinnamon flavored lately. I just can’t seem to get enough of it. For a long time I couldn’t get my cinnamon rolls out of my head but was out of almond flour for months. Then for Christmas I got 4 pounds of almond flour and couldn’t even decide what to make first. After a bunch of research I decided to make cinnamon pecan scones. Oh and am I so glad that I did! These were fantastic! I loved the crunchy texture and the flavo

2 C Almond Flour
2 tbsp granulated stevia
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 egg
¼ C butter, softened
2 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
8 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)
¼ C dried cranberries
Topping
3 tbsp granulated stevia
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ C pecans, chopped
