A healthier take on fruit cobbler! With only 345 calories, all natural sweeteners, and whole wheat flour, this is a smart tasty choice that can use any type of fruit! Super simple!

Filling:
-2 Cups Sliced/Chopped Fruit
-1 Tbs Honey

Crust/Topping:
-1 cup whole wheat flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 cup coconut sugar (can substitute brown sugar)
-1 egg
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1/4 cup melted butter
Put fruit in 8×8 baking dish and drizzle honey on top. Mix. In a separate dish mix the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix. Spoon crust mixture evenly over fruit and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
