You won\\\'t believe how easy and delicious this chicken is! It really is magic - only ONE STEP. If you can sprinkle seasoning, you can make this chicken!

Package of chicken thighs. (usually about a 3lb package, but any size is fine)
Spike seasoning (generously sprinkle - a few tablespoons)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken thighs in a 9x13 pan, skin sides up. Sprinkle Spike seasoning generously over chicken thighs. Bake for 1 hour.

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
