Lady Finger, Maida dough, Red chilly powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Masala home made, Oil, Salt, Tomatoes, Onion, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Corinder leaves
First make a maida dough and keep a side for 15 minutes Than Cut Lady Fingers into two piece from middle than deep fry it in frying pan until it gets little brown. 1) pour a little oil in a cooking pan than put a mustard seed and than cumin seeds 2) than put onion stir it until it gets redish brown than put tomatoes 3) put all the masalas, red chilly powder and salt to taste 4) pur corinder leaves and stir it well and keep it for 20 mintunes on gas. Preparation take a dough and make a small - small chapatis put the full stuff of lady fingers into the dough and cover it from all the sides and than deep fry until it gets brown and remove it in a plate and garnish it with corinder leaves and than serve it with tomato sauce or any other sauce.
