Mango Curry Steak with Coconut Cauliflower Rice

This coconut cauliflower rice recipe is served with grilled steak and an easy mango curry sauce for a healthy, weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
For the rub:
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
½ tsp Salt
½ Lb Top Sirloin Steaks
For the Mango Curry Dip:
¼ Cup Full-fat coconut Greek yogurt (I like Liberte)
¼ Cup Mango, roughly chopped (45g)
½ Tbsp Cilantro, roughly chopped
¼ tsp Curry paste
Pinch of salt
For the "rice":
3 Cups Cauliflower, roughly chopped
3 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
Cilantro, for garnish

Heat a small, dry sauce pan over medium/high heat and cook the cumin/coriander seeds, stirring constantly, until golden brown and fragrant (about 1-2 mins.)
