Maple Apple Scones

These Maple Apple Scones have a cinnamon oat flour dough that is packed with fresh and ripe apples, baked to golden brown, and drizzled with a delicious vanilla and maple glaze!

For Scones:
1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup oat flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup solid coconut oil
1 tbls cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
½ tsp ginger
¼ c cane sugar
¼ c packed brown sugar (I prefer dark)
1 apple, cubed
¾ cup coconut milk (enough to pull dough together)
1 tsp vanilla
For Maple Glaze:
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp maple extract
a few tablespoons of coconut milk to make a thick glaze
For Vanilla Glaze:
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
a few tablespoons of coconut milk to make a thick glaze
